200-hr yoga Teacher Training
diamond body 200 hours ytt
Aaron has been practicing yoga since 1992 and teaching classes since 2002. In Aaron's classes, you will learn asanas for all body types and levels of flexibility and strength, both foundational and advanced. Adapting classical yoga postures for each individual is what physical yoga is all about. There will be a focus on pranayama and meditation technique, which are at the core of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga, and an in-depth study of the philosophical and spiritual systems of Yoga. This teacher training was developed with 20 years of teaching experience to make you the best teacher you can be. It is our main focus to ensure you are a good teacher. Besides a thorough grounding in asana, pranayama, and meditation, we know anatomy and physiology are crucial to teaching yoga postures from both a classical and modern scientific perspective. Our school of yoga also emphasizes that yoga is a spiritual philosophy that guides physical practice and allows us to implement our mat-based training into all areas of our lives, so that you can live life to your highest spiritual potential as a true yogi.
